Ingredients
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 250ml/8fl oz milk
- 125g/4oz Stork Margarine
- 250g/9oz caster sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 225g/8oz plain flour
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 50g/2oz cocoa
- 75g/3oz white chocolate
- 75g/3oz plain chocolate
- 50g/2oz caster sugar
- 600ml/1 pint double cream, whipped
- 200g/7oz plain chocolate-flavoured cake covering
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Mix the lemon juice and milk.
- Beat Stork Margarine and sugar, then add eggs one by one, beating well. Sift flour, bicarbonate of soda and cocoa and fold into creamed mixture with the milk.
