By far the most popular is scampi in breadcrumbs. It appears on hundreds of restaurant menus as 'Scampi in the Basket'. You can buy it as Young's Golden Scampi. Young's have also brought out a unique presentation called Emperor Scampi — a cluster of three freshly peeled scampi with a crumb coating that is light enough not to overwhelm the shellfish and preserve the delicate flavour.
