Ingredients
- 1 lb plaice and cod, flaked, mixed
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cream
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lb broccoli
- 1 pt stock
- 2 oz butter
- 8 oz cream
- 1 teasp parsley
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 teasp white wine vinegar
Method
- Blend 1 lb flaked plaice and cod with 2 eggs and 2 cups cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- For the broccoli sauce: combine 1 lb broccoli, 1 pt stock, 2 oz butter, 8 oz cream, 1 teasp parsley, 1 cup white wine, and 2 teasp white wine vinegar.
