Ingredients

  •   baby carrots, scraped and washed
  • juice of ½ lemon, juiced
  •   chopped parsley or thyme, chopped
  •   butter
  • 1 glass white wine

Method

  1. Wash baby carrots after scraping.
  2. Place at one end of a length of kitchen foil.
  3. Sprinkle with juice of ½ lemon, chopped parsley or thyme. Dot with butter.
  4. Fold foil over and seal thoroughly on 3 sides. Pour 1 glass white wine in the open side, then seal. Make sure that all corners are turned up to keep wine in.
  5. Bake for 35 mins in a 225°C oven.
  6. Serve in opened foil packet.
