Ingredients
- baby carrots, scraped and washed
- juice of ½ lemon, juiced
- chopped parsley or thyme, chopped
- butter
- 1 glass white wine
Method
- Wash baby carrots after scraping.
- Place at one end of a length of kitchen foil.
- Sprinkle with juice of ½ lemon, chopped parsley or thyme. Dot with butter.
- Fold foil over and seal thoroughly on 3 sides. Pour 1 glass white wine in the open side, then seal. Make sure that all corners are turned up to keep wine in.
- Bake for 35 mins in a 225°C oven.
- Serve in opened foil packet.
