Ingredients
- 1⅜ cups rolled oats
- 2 tbsp dried apricots, chopped
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp dates, chopped
- 1 tbsp pecan nuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp almonds, chopped
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 2 tbsp wheat germ
- 1 tbsp wheat bran
- milk
- 4 tbsp plain yoghurt
- 4 tbsp fresh seasonal fruit
Method
- Combine all the muesli ingredients and serve with milk. Garnish each serving with a spoonful of yoghurt and a spoonful of seasonal fruit.
