Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1⅜ cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp dried apricots, chopped
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp dates, chopped
  • 1 tbsp pecan nuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp almonds, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp wheat bran
  •   milk
  • 4 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp fresh seasonal fruit

Method

  1. Combine all the muesli ingredients and serve with milk. Garnish each serving with a spoonful of yoghurt and a spoonful of seasonal fruit.
