Creamy Chicken Lasagne

Serves 4 Cook 30 min

Ingredients

  • 1 cooked chicken, taken off the bone and diced
  • 2 cans Campbell's Condensed Ham and Cheese Soup
  • 5fl oz milk
  • 4oz fresh spinach, shredded
  • 3-4oz 'no pre-cook' lasagne
  • 4oz cheddar cheese, grated

Method

  1. Combine the soup and milk.
  2. Stir in the diced chicken and spinach.
  3. Spoon a third of the mixture into an ovenproof dish, top with half the lasagne sheets.
  4. Repeat the layers and top with the remaining sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F, gas 6).
  6. Serve with a salad.
