Ingredients
- 1 cooked chicken, taken off the bone and diced
- 2 cans Campbell's Condensed Ham and Cheese Soup
- 5fl oz milk
- 4oz fresh spinach, shredded
- 3-4oz 'no pre-cook' lasagne
- 4oz cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Combine the soup and milk.
- Stir in the diced chicken and spinach.
- Spoon a third of the mixture into an ovenproof dish, top with half the lasagne sheets.
- Repeat the layers and top with the remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F, gas 6).
- Serve with a salad.
