Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- half onion, finely chopped
- butter, melted, plus extra for greasing
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Cook four medium potatoes in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes. Drain.
- Coarsely grate the potatoes and mix with half a finely chopped onion.
- Lightly butter eight deep patty tins and fill with the potato mixture.
- Pour a little melted butter over each. Bake for about 15 minutes.
