Ingredients

  •   suet pastry
  •   pork, meat trimmed from pork chops
  • small amount apple, chopped
  • shake nutmeg
  •   salt and pepper
  •   stock, mixed with cider

Method

  1. Make suet pastry. Mix together the meat trimmed from pork chops with a small amount of chopped apple, a shake of nutmeg, and salt and pepper.
  2. Fill pie with meat mix and cover with more pastry. Make a hole in the middle of the top and pour in stock carefully (mixed with cider).
  3. Cook at oven setting 5 for at least 1 hour in top of oven.
