Ingredients
- suet pastry
- pork, meat trimmed from pork chops
- small amount apple, chopped
- shake nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- stock, mixed with cider
Method
- Make suet pastry. Mix together the meat trimmed from pork chops with a small amount of chopped apple, a shake of nutmeg, and salt and pepper.
- Fill pie with meat mix and cover with more pastry. Make a hole in the middle of the top and pour in stock carefully (mixed with cider).
- Cook at oven setting 5 for at least 1 hour in top of oven.
