Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sage and onion stuffing mix
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 tablespoon marmalade
- 4 pork chops
Method
- Combine 1 tablespoon sage and onion stuffing mix, 2 tablespoons boiling water, a chopped apple and 1 tablespoon marmalade. Season.
- Spread over 4 chops and parcel in foil.
- Cook in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 190C/Gas 5/fan oven 170C.
- Open foil and cook for a further 10 minutes until golden.
