Strawberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo strawberries
  • 750g sugar
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest

Method

  1. Cut strawberries in quarters and wash. Put half into the pan.
  2. Add the rest of the strawberries along with the zest and juice of 1 lemon. Add 750g sugar.
  3. Stir and bring to the boil.
  4. Cool and put into jars.
