Ingredients
- 1 kilo strawberries
- 750g sugar
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
Method
- Cut strawberries in quarters and wash. Put half into the pan.
- Add the rest of the strawberries along with the zest and juice of 1 lemon. Add 750g sugar.
- Stir and bring to the boil.
- Cool and put into jars.
