Ingredients
- 1 lb onions, sliced
- 1 tin tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- juice of 1 lemon, juiced
- cod steaks
- parsley
Method
- Fry 1 lb onions, sliced.
- When soft, add 1 tin of tomatoes and stir over the heat. Add salt and pepper and juice of 1 lemon.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes then add the fish steaks on top of the mix.
- Cook over the heat for 20–30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
