Ingredients

  • 1 lb onions, sliced
  • 1 tin tomatoes
  •   salt and pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon, juiced
  •   cod steaks
  •   parsley

Method

  1. Fry 1 lb onions, sliced.
  2. When soft, add 1 tin of tomatoes and stir over the heat. Add salt and pepper and juice of 1 lemon.
  3. Simmer for 2–3 minutes then add the fish steaks on top of the mix.
  4. Cook over the heat for 20–30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
