Fish – Most

Ingredients

  •   fillets of most fish
  •   white wine
  •   salt
  • 4 tbsp single cream
  •   parsley

Method

  1. Place fillets of most fish in a moderate oven in white wine and salt for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain off the liquid into a pan and add 4 tablespoons of single cream while standing over heat. Warm through and pour over the fish.
  3. Parsley can be stirred in if wanted.
