Ingredients
- fillets of most fish
- white wine
- salt
- 4 tbsp single cream
- parsley
Method
- Place fillets of most fish in a moderate oven in white wine and salt for 20 minutes.
- Drain off the liquid into a pan and add 4 tablespoons of single cream while standing over heat. Warm through and pour over the fish.
- Parsley can be stirred in if wanted.
