Method
- Combine the self-raising flour with ground cashews, vegetarian Cheddar, mustard powder and salt.
- Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles a dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into star shapes.
- Top each star with a cashew half.
- Bake at 190C/375F/Gas 5 for 10-12 minutes.
