Ingredients

  • 75g/3oz self-raising flour
  • 25g/1oz ground cashews
  • 25g/1oz vegetarian Cheddar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 75g/3oz butter
  •   cashew halves

Method

  1. Combine the self-raising flour with ground cashews, vegetarian Cheddar, mustard powder and salt.
  2. Rub in the butter until the mixture resembles a dough.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut into star shapes.
  4. Top each star with a cashew half.
  5. Bake at 190C/375F/Gas 5 for 10-12 minutes.
