Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, processed
- 1 egg
- chives
- breadcrumbs, fresh and white
- garlic or tarragon
- salt and pepper
- fat, for frying
- bread buns
- single cream, warmed
- cheese, grated and melted
- tomatoes, lightly fried
Method
- Mix 2 chicken breasts in a processor with 1 egg, chives, fresh white breadcrumbs, garlic or tarragon, and salt and pepper.
- Fry in hot fat for 1–2 minutes each side, then put in a moderate oven for 15–20 minutes in the frying pan.
- Serve on a bread bun with a thick cheese sauce on top (i.e. warm single cream with melted grated cheese). Top with lightly fried tomatoes.
