Ingredients
- small new potatoes, cracked with rolling pin
- oil, hot
- coriander
- white wine
Method
- Crack small new potatoes with a rolling pin.
- Fry in hot oil on both sides.
- Add coriander and white wine.
- Put on lid and steam (cook) for 20 mins until well browned.
- Remove lid from pan for the last 2-5 mins.
Notes
Lid off pan for last 2-5 mins.
