Pineapple Fritters

Ingredients

  •   pineapple rings, drained very thoroughly and dried with absorbent kitchen paper
  •   batter
  •   deep fat, hot
  •   cream

Method

  1. Drain pineapple rings very thoroughly and dry with absorbent kitchen paper.
  2. Dip in batter, drain slightly and fry in hot deep fat.
  3. Serve with cream.

Serve with cream.
