Ingredients
- 100g/4oz assorted berries, such as blackberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants and blueberries
- 8 plums, stoned and sliced
- 2 nectarines, stoned and sliced
- 2 peaches, stoned and sliced
- 50g/2oz caster sugar
- squeeze fresh lemon juice
Method
- Place the berries, nectarines and peaches in a saucepan, then add the sugar and lemon juice. Cook gently for 20-25 minutes until the fruit is soft but still holds its shape. Allow to cool before serving.
