Risotto

Ingredients

  •   onion, chopped
  •   chicken stock
  •   white wine
  •   marjoram
  •   rice
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone
  •   frozen peas
  •   Parmesan
  •   black pepper
  •   salt

Method

  1. Fry chopped onion until just soft.
  2. Add chicken stock, white wine, marjoram and rice. Cook for 15 mins.
  3. Then add 2 tablespoons mascarpone and frozen peas.
  4. Keep on low heat and finish with Parmesan and black pepper. Salt to taste and serve.
