Ingredients
- onion, chopped
- chicken stock
- white wine
- marjoram
- rice
- 2 tablespoons mascarpone
- frozen peas
- Parmesan
- black pepper
- salt
Method
- Fry chopped onion until just soft.
- Add chicken stock, white wine, marjoram and rice. Cook for 15 mins.
- Then add 2 tablespoons mascarpone and frozen peas.
- Keep on low heat and finish with Parmesan and black pepper. Salt to taste and serve.
