Pork Burgers

Ingredients

  •   pork loin or pork mince, blitzed or minced
  •   fresh white breadcrumbs
  •   salt and pepper
  •   onion, finely chopped
  • a little egg, beaten
  •   soy sauce
  •   fat

Method

  1. Blitz pork loin or use pork mince.
  2. Mix with fresh white breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, finely chopped onion, a little beaten egg and soy sauce.
  3. Roll mix in balls. Press flat and fry gently in hot fat on each side for 10–15 mins.
