Ingredients
- pork loin or pork mince, blitzed or minced
- fresh white breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- onion, finely chopped
- a little egg, beaten
- soy sauce
- fat
Method
- Blitz pork loin or use pork mince.
- Mix with fresh white breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, finely chopped onion, a little beaten egg and soy sauce.
- Roll mix in balls. Press flat and fry gently in hot fat on each side for 10–15 mins.
