Ingredients
- 2 rounds bread and jam (or fruit)
- 1 per each 2 dishes banana, sliced
- 4-5 tablespoons sherry or juice
- custard, can be tinned
- double cream, whipped
- small meringue
Method
- Layer 2 rounds of bread and jam (or fruit) in the dish.
- Add sliced banana (1 for each 2 dishes).
- Pour over 4-5 tablespoons of sherry or juice.
- Cover with custard (can be tinned).
- Add a layer of whipped double cream.
- Top with small meringue and serve.
