Ingredients
- 35g pack Colman's Four Cheese Mix
- 300ml milk
- 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp Food Fusions Crunchy Mixed Seed Crust
Method
- Empty the cheese mix into a pan. Add a little milk and mix in. Stir in the remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil, season and add the cauliflower. Boil for 3-4 minutes, then drain really well.
- Put half the cauliflower in an ovenproof baking dish, cover with the tomato slices and top with the remaining cauliflower.
- Pour over the sauce and scatter the crunchy seed crust over the top. Grill for 5 minutes, until golden brown on top.
