Cauliflower Cheese Layer

Ingredients

  • 35g pack Colman's Four Cheese Mix
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Food Fusions Crunchy Mixed Seed Crust

Method

  1. Empty the cheese mix into a pan. Add a little milk and mix in. Stir in the remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
  2. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, season and add the cauliflower. Boil for 3-4 minutes, then drain really well.
  3. Put half the cauliflower in an ovenproof baking dish, cover with the tomato slices and top with the remaining cauliflower.
  4. Pour over the sauce and scatter the crunchy seed crust over the top. Grill for 5 minutes, until golden brown on top.

Uses Colman's Four Cheese Mix (35g pack). Crunchy Mixed Seed Crust is from Food Fusions brand.
