Ingredients
- white fish, cut into bite size pieces
- onions, chopped
- tin or ½ tin tomatoes
- chilli powder
- 1 glassful white wine
- prawns, cooked (from frozen)
- a bit parsley
- mushrooms, sliced
Method
- Cut fish into bite size pieces and fry quickly.
- Add chopped onions, tin or ½ tin of tomatoes, and chilli powder. Cook quickly.
- Add 1 glassful of white wine.
- Simmer for 2 mins, then add cooked (from frozen) prawns, a bit of parsley, and sliced mushrooms.
- Heat, stir and serve.
