White Fish

Ingredients

  •   white fish, cut into bite size pieces
  •   onions, chopped
  • tin or ½ tin tomatoes
  •   chilli powder
  • 1 glassful white wine
  •   prawns, cooked (from frozen)
  • a bit parsley
  •   mushrooms, sliced

Method

  1. Cut fish into bite size pieces and fry quickly.
  2. Add chopped onions, tin or ½ tin of tomatoes, and chilli powder. Cook quickly.
  3. Add 1 glassful of white wine.
  4. Simmer for 2 mins, then add cooked (from frozen) prawns, a bit of parsley, and sliced mushrooms.
  5. Heat, stir and serve.
