Ingredients
- 3 oz butter, melted
- 4 oz soft brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 6 oz rolled oats
Method
- Melt the butter, soft brown sugar and golden syrup together.
- Stir in the rolled oats.
- Press the mixture into a greased tin.
- Bake for 20 minutes at Gas Mark 4 / 350°F.
