Ingredients
- 1 lb strawberries
- 50 g (2 oz) butter
- 4 level tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 orange, juiced
- 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier
Method
- Hull strawberries and slice them thickly.
- Put butter and sugar into a pan and melt them gently with the orange juice.
- Add strawberries and cook for one minute.
- Stir in the Grand Marnier. Serve hot with ice cream.
