Ingredients

  •   salmon fillets
  •   salt and pepper
  •   cold water

Method

  1. Season fillets with salt and pepper. Cover fillets with cold water.
  2. Bring up to simmering point, then take off heat completely and the fish cooks as it cools (10–12 mins).
