Ingredients
- 4 pork chipolata sausages
- 2 slices farmhouse bread, thickly cut, lightly toasted
- 1 small onion, chopped
- oil, for pan frying
- 2-3 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- butter
Method
- Fry the onions in oil on a gentle heat until golden brown.
- Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard.
- Grill 4 sausages, referring to the pack for cooking instructions.
- Lightly toast 2 slices of thickly cut bread and spread thickly with butter.
- Place sausages in the bread and pour over the onion and mustard gravy.
