Ingredients
- 1 chicken stock cube
- ½ red onion
- 250 gms mushrooms
- a little mashed potato
- 1 teasp mint, chopped
- 1 teasp parsley, chopped
- 100 mls cream
- salt and pepper
Method
- Sweat onions, then add mushrooms and herbs.
- Then add cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Blitz in liquidiser, reheat and serve.
