Ingredients
- sausages
- onions, sliced
- peppers, red and yellow
- basil or sage
- salt
- pepper
- a little olive oil
Method
- Fry sausages until cooked.
- Also fry onions (sliced) then add peppers (red and yellow) and fry until lightly cooked.
- Spread onions and peppers into baking tin. Place sausages on top. Add basil or sage, salt, pepper and a little olive oil.
- Bake in a moderate/hot oven for 20 mins. Then serve with bread.
