Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.
- Cut 700g leeks (trimmed weight) in half and place them in a deep frying pan filled with water. Simmer for 5 mins and drain. Leave to cool.
- Wrap each leek in a slice of Parma ham (you'll need 2 packs) and place on a baking tray.
- Sprinkle over 100g Dolcelatte and 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Bake for 10 mins until the cheese melts and the ham is crisp.
