Energy-boosting Muesli

Ingredients

  • 500g (1lb 2oz) porridge oats
  • 100g (3½oz) almonds, chopped and toasted
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 100g (3½oz) dried apricots, chopped

Method

  1. Mix together the porridge oats, chopped toasted almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chopped dried apricots.
  2. Store in a sealable container for up to one month.
  3. To serve: mix 50g (2oz) muesli with 100ml (3½fl oz) skimmed milk and 1 small chopped banana.
