Ingredients
- 500g (1lb 2oz) porridge oats
- 100g (3½oz) almonds, chopped and toasted
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 100g (3½oz) dried apricots, chopped
Method
- Mix together the porridge oats, chopped toasted almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and chopped dried apricots.
- Store in a sealable container for up to one month.
- To serve: mix 50g (2oz) muesli with 100ml (3½fl oz) skimmed milk and 1 small chopped banana.
