Ingredients
- 3 ozs flour
- 3-4 ozs sage, chopped
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 lb white breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 lb onions, boiled and finely chopped
- 1/2 pt milk
Method
- Preheat oven to Gas Mark 6.
- Mix onions, milk and lightly beaten egg. Mixture fairly stiff.
- Spoon into greased pudding basins. Cover with greaseproof paper.
- Bake for 30 mins. Turn out and serve.
