Ingredients
- belly pork, thin joint, some fat trimmed off
- leeks, shredded
- butter
- honey
Method
- Thin joint of belly pork with some fat trimmed off. Lay on a bed of shredded leeks and roast in a moderate oven for 2 hours slowly and uncovered.
- Cool slightly and then cut into small squares. Glaze in a fry pan with hot butter — quickly.
- Then drizzle with butter (from pan) and honey and serve plain.
