Ingredients
- 250g cannelloni beans, boiled then mashed
- 2 shakes chilli powder
- 4 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 3 grams mature cheese, grated
- pepper
- salt
- egg, for coating
- breadcrumbs, for coating
Method
- Boil 250g cannelloni beans then mash with 2 shakes of chilli powder, finely chopped 4 shallots, 1 egg, and 3 grams of grated mature cheese. Add pepper and salt.
- Shape into about 12 croquettes (sausage shapes). Dip into egg then breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry then serve with spiced tomato sauce.
