Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- butter
- celery, finely chopped
- 8-12 ozs pork or lamb mince
- shortcrust pastry
- apple, chopped
- Parmesan, grated, very thin layer
Method
- Fry sliced medium onion in butter until soft but not brown.
- Add finely chopped celery.
- Brown 8-12 ozs pork (or lamb) mince.
- Line pie dish with shortcrust pastry.
- Add a layer of cooled onion and celery, then browned mince and chopped apple, then a very thin layer of grated Parmesan.
- Cook in middle oven for 6-30 minutes.
