Ingredients
- 4 gammon steaks
- 4 large oranges
- 2 tsp arrowroot, blended with a little water
Method
- Snip the rind of the gammon steaks, and grill for approximately 5 minutes each side, until cooked.
- Meanwhile, pare and cut into thin strips the rind from one of the oranges, and divide the flesh into segments.
- Squeeze the juice from the remaining oranges, strain and thicken with the arrowroot.
- Glaze the cooked steaks with the sauce, garnish with the orange strips and segments and serve immediately.
