Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • ½ pint white sauce
  • ½ ginger, finely grated
  • ½ cup orange juice
  •   sugar peas
  •   mashed potato

Method

  1. Fry salmon in very hot fat or oil for 2–3 minutes each side — skin side first.
  2. Add finely grated ginger and orange juice to the white sauce.
  3. Cook sugar peas.
  4. Serve.

Notes

Serve with sugar peas and mashed potato
