Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- ½ pint white sauce
- ½ ginger, finely grated
- ½ cup orange juice
- sugar peas
- mashed potato
Method
- Fry salmon in very hot fat or oil for 2–3 minutes each side — skin side first.
- Add finely grated ginger and orange juice to the white sauce.
- Cook sugar peas.
- Serve.
