Ingredients
- 50g/2oz unsalted butter
- 4 x 150g/5oz Scottish salmon steaks
- 50g/2oz fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp lemon rind, finely grated
- 1 tsp Bart Spices Freeze-Dried Fines Herbes
- 1 tsp Bart Spices Freeze-Dried Dill Tops
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375F/190C/Gas 5. Melt the butter and brush a little over the bottom of each of the salmon steaks.
- Stir in the breadcrumbs with the lemon rind, herbs and seasoning.
- Spread the mixture on top of the salmon steaks. Place in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with a selection of salad leaves.
