Herb Crusted Scottish Salmon Steaks

Ingredients

  • 50g/2oz unsalted butter
  • 4 x 150g/5oz Scottish salmon steaks
  • 50g/2oz fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp lemon rind, finely grated
  • 1 tsp Bart Spices Freeze-Dried Fines Herbes
  • 1 tsp Bart Spices Freeze-Dried Dill Tops

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F/190C/Gas 5. Melt the butter and brush a little over the bottom of each of the salmon steaks.
  2. Stir in the breadcrumbs with the lemon rind, herbs and seasoning.
  3. Spread the mixture on top of the salmon steaks. Place in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with a selection of salad leaves.
