Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 4 oranges
- 1tbsp runny honey
- 25g (1oz) pumpkin or sunflower seeds
Method
- Cut off the top and bottom of the ordinary grapefruit, then use a sharp knife to peel away the pith. Slice into the flesh of each segment to remove the fruit, then tip into a bowl with any juice.
- Do the same with the pink grapefruit and the oranges. Add the honey.
- Toast the pumpkin or sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan until golden, then sprinkle them over the fruits. Spoon into bowls and serve with a dollop of yogurt.
