Ingredients
- 25g butter
- 2 leeks, thinly sliced
- 675g frozen petit pois
- 150ml water
- seasoning
Method
- Heat the butter, add the thinly sliced leeks and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
- Add the frozen petit pois, water and seasoning; bring to the boil.
- Simmer until the water has evaporated.
