Peas with Sauteed Leeks

Serves 8 Prep 5 min Cook 10 min

Ingredients

  • 25g butter
  • 2 leeks, thinly sliced
  • 675g frozen petit pois
  • 150ml water
  •   seasoning

Method

  1. Heat the butter, add the thinly sliced leeks and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
  2. Add the frozen petit pois, water and seasoning; bring to the boil.
  3. Simmer until the water has evaporated.
