Ingredients
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 3cm piece fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp paprika
- good pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 orange, rind and juice
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp tomato purée
- freshly ground black pepper
- 8 turkey steaks
Method
- Mix the marinade ingredients in a shallow dish.
- Put the turkey steaks in the dish then turn over to coat them completely in the marinade. Leave to marinate.
- Cook the turkey steaks in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, or cook them under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, until fully cooked through.
