Ingredients
- 250 gms mascarpone
- 1 small carton cream
- 2 tablespoons clear honey
- short crust pastry flan case, cooked, baked blind, with grated orange rind added, at Gas No. 6 for 20-30 mins
- fruit, for decoration
- clear honey, mixed with small amount of boiling water, for drizzling
Method
- Beat 250 gms mascarpone with a small carton of cream. Add 2 tablespoons of clear honey.
- Pour into a cooked flan case (short crust pastry with grated orange rind added, baked blind at Gas No. 6 for 20-30 mins).
- Decorate with fruit, drizzle with clear honey mixed with a small amount of boiling water.
