Fruit Flan

Ingredients

  • 250 gms mascarpone
  • 1 small carton cream
  • 2 tablespoons clear honey
  •   short crust pastry flan case, cooked, baked blind, with grated orange rind added, at Gas No. 6 for 20-30 mins
  •   fruit, for decoration
  •   clear honey, mixed with small amount of boiling water, for drizzling

Method

  1. Beat 250 gms mascarpone with a small carton of cream. Add 2 tablespoons of clear honey.
  2. Pour into a cooked flan case (short crust pastry with grated orange rind added, baked blind at Gas No. 6 for 20-30 mins).
  3. Decorate with fruit, drizzle with clear honey mixed with a small amount of boiling water.

Notes

Short crust pastry case should have grated orange rind added, baked blind at No. 6 for 20-30 mins.
