Ingredients
- butter
- onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, diced
- salt and pepper
- 6oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp sherry
- dried thyme
- 10oz condensed chicken soup
- ½ pt stock or water
Method
- Melt butter in a large saucepan, fry onion and pepper until softened.
- Add all the other ingredients and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes to heat through.
Notes
Serve with potatoes or rice. Some ingredients partially obscured in original.
