Method

  1. After 45 minutes, roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface. Stamp out 20 x 5cm (2in) rounds, re-rolling the dough when necessary.
  2. Place on greased baking sheets and bake at 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5 for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  3. Dust with caster sugar.
