Ingredients

  • 2 lean back bacon, all fat trimmed off
  • 2 plum tomatoes, halved
  • 50g (2oz) button mushrooms, halved
  • ½ grapefruit

Method

  1. Grill 2 rashers of lean back bacon (with all the fat trimmed off) with 2 halved plum tomatoes and 50g (2oz) halved button mushrooms.

Notes

130cals, 4g fat (of which 2g saturates), 9g carbs per serving. Serve with: ½ grapefruit.
