Leeks Fried

Ingredients

  •   leeks, sliced into 2" lengths
  •   butter
  •   oil
  • a little white wine

Method

  1. Slice leeks into 2" lengths.
  2. Fry in butter (and oil) for 3–5 minutes until soft.
  3. Pour in a little white wine, warm through and serve with pork etc.

Notes

Serve with pork etc.
