Ingredients
- 2 comice pears, peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 limes, juice only
- 1 large knob butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
Method
- Peel, core and chop the comice pears. Marinate in the juice from 2 limes for 12 minutes. Drain the pears.
- Melt a large knob of butter carefully in a pan, then add the chopped pears, 2 tablespoons of water and 1 teaspoon of caster sugar.
- Cook gently. Serve with chocolate sauce.
