Cook 20 min

Ingredients

  •   penne
  • some potatoes, sliced
  • some runner beans
  •   parmesan cheese
  •   tomato, chopped
  •   walnuts, chopped
  •   spring onions, finely chopped
  •   tarragon
  •   parsley
  •   parmesan, grated, to serve

Method

  1. Cook penne in boiling water for 15–20 mins. Then add some sliced potatoes and runner beans.
  2. Cook, then drain.
  3. Add parmesan cheese, chopped tomato, chopped walnuts, finely chopped spring onions, tarragon and parsley.
  4. Cover with grated parmesan and serve.
