Ingredients
- penne
- some potatoes, sliced
- some runner beans
- parmesan cheese
- tomato, chopped
- walnuts, chopped
- spring onions, finely chopped
- tarragon
- parsley
- parmesan, grated, to serve
Method
- Cook penne in boiling water for 15–20 mins. Then add some sliced potatoes and runner beans.
- Cook, then drain.
- Add parmesan cheese, chopped tomato, chopped walnuts, finely chopped spring onions, tarragon and parsley.
- Cover with grated parmesan and serve.
