Ingredients
- 8 ozs ginger cake, crumbled
- 4 ozs dried chopped fruit
- 4 ozs dark chocolate, melted
- 1 tablespoon rum, brandy or orange juice
Method
- Mix thoroughly with a fork.
- Roll into small balls, squeezing well.
- Then dip in icing sugar, cocoa powder, grated chocolate, or coloured vermicelli.
