Party Sweets

Ingredients

  • 8 ozs ginger cake, crumbled
  • 4 ozs dried chopped fruit
  • 4 ozs dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 tablespoon rum, brandy or orange juice

Method

  1. Mix thoroughly with a fork.
  2. Roll into small balls, squeezing well.
  3. Then dip in icing sugar, cocoa powder, grated chocolate, or coloured vermicelli.

Notes

Dip finished balls in icing sugar, cocoa powder, grated chocolate, or coloured vermicelli.
