Country Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 sausages
  • 2 rashers of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 mushrooms
  •   salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Method

  1. Place cooking oil into large frying pan and when oil begins to smoke add the sausages and bacon and fry them turning constantly so not to burn.
  2. Once cooked to golden brown remove from pan and place on plate and place in a preheated oven to keep warm.
  3. Place eggs, sliced tomato and mushrooms in the frying pan and cook them to desired taste.
  4. Place on to the plate with the sausages and bacon. Sprinkle a small amount of salt and pepper.
