Ingredients
- 2 sausages
- 2 rashers of bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 mushrooms
- salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Method
- Place cooking oil into large frying pan and when oil begins to smoke add the sausages and bacon and fry them turning constantly so not to burn.
- Once cooked to golden brown remove from pan and place on plate and place in a preheated oven to keep warm.
- Place eggs, sliced tomato and mushrooms in the frying pan and cook them to desired taste.
- Place on to the plate with the sausages and bacon. Sprinkle a small amount of salt and pepper.
