Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

  •   salmon fillets
  •   black pepper
  •   sea salt
  •   oil
  •   pea sauce
  •   sour cream

Method

  1. Season the salmon fillets with black pepper and sea salt.
  2. Oil the pan and add the fish fillets.
  3. Cook skin side down in a very hot pan for 2 minutes. Turn and cook a further 2–3 minutes.
  4. Serve on pea sauce with a dollop of sour cream.
