Ingredients
- salmon fillets
- black pepper
- sea salt
- oil
- pea sauce
- sour cream
Method
- Season the salmon fillets with black pepper and sea salt.
- Oil the pan and add the fish fillets.
- Cook skin side down in a very hot pan for 2 minutes. Turn and cook a further 2–3 minutes.
- Serve on pea sauce with a dollop of sour cream.
